Meet The Team

I am a Registered Nurse of 14 years, passionately caring for others while balancing life as a proud mama to three amazing kids.  Outside of work, I can be found getting my daughter ready to dance her heart out, cheering as loud as I can at my son's football games or snuggling our adorable bundle of joy.  I also enjoy running and occasionally indulge in a good supper club.

Nick is a dedicated entrepreneur with an MBA and a diverse professional background. He has experience running and operating a successful painting company, along with a strong commitment to providing support for individuals with disabilities through his previous role as a direct support professional. As a father to five children—ages 12, 10, 7, 3, and 6 weeks—he balances family life with a passion for outdoor activities such as running, hunting, and fishing. He finds joy in nature and values time spent outdoors.

A dedicated working mom to a daughter, with another baby on the way, Bailey has built a strong foundation of experience in healthcare. She has worked as a dental assistant, where she developed a keen attention to detail and patient care. She has previous experience managing an in-home care agency, applying her leadership skills to provide compassionate, high-quality care for individuals in need. Balancing her professional responsibilities with family life, Bailey is committed to making a meaningful difference in both her work and personal life.

In 2017 I started my caregiving career as an in-home caregiver for a private elderly client. A little over 2 years later I transitioned to working with children with disabilities within the public school system. At the school I primarily worked with children on the autism spectrum who were non-verbal, as well as children with behavioral needs. While working in the school system I completed my degree in early childhood education. Prior to joining the Encompass Care team in 2024 I was a director for a home care agency for 3+ years. I enjoy organizing services knowing I am helping those in my home community and the surrounding areas.

Meet our Chief Treat Officer who takes her role very seriously.  When she's not begging for a treat, she can be found laying on her back wanting her belly rubbed.  She is as sweet as she is cuddly and plays a vital role in the success of our agency.
